A veneer saw is a small, double-edged saw used to cut thin sheets of hardwood veneer. Its blade can be unscrewed from the handle and remounted with the other edge facing out once the first edge dulls, and resharpened once both edges are worn; the blade's narrow, curved shape allows precise work and its raised, offset handle lets the saw cut flush with a surface.
