Sport stacking, also known as cup stacking or speed stacking, is an individual and team activity that involves stacking 9 to 12 specially designed cups, with holes that let air pass through, into predetermined sequences as quickly as possible. Participants align the inside left lateral adjunct of each cup with that of the next to build the sequences, most often pyramids of 3, 6 or 10 cups, and compete against the clock or against another player. This entity carries a shorter description than most of this wave's entries because its source article's own lead offers only this plain definition, not a history.
