Diamond Shears (Glassblowing)

Glassworking Tools

Diamond shears are a glassblowing tool whose blades form a diamond shape when held partially open, used to cut off a gather or mass of hot glass. They are distinct from straight shears, an ordinary bulky pair of scissors also used in glassblowing for making linear cuts.
