A tool that cuts a clean round hole through leather: either a simple handheld punch struck with a mallet, or a spring-loaded turret of pliers carrying several punch sizes on a revolving head so the worker dials up the diameter needed, commonly from about 1 to 6 millimeters, for a buckle, eyelet or rivet.
