Quizzing is the hobby of taking part in quizzes, a form of mind sport in which participants attempt to answer questions correctly on one or several topics. The same quiz format is also used as a brief assessment in education to measure growth in knowledge, abilities and skills, and is broadcast for entertainment in the game show format, but quizzing as a hobby is practiced by enthusiasts pursuing it simply for its own sake rather than for a grade or a broadcast audience.
