Pin Trading and Collecting

Pin Trading and Collecting is the practice of buying, selling, exchanging and collecting enamel pins, also called lapel pins, as a hobby. The pins are commonly sold as souvenirs, branded merchandise, fashion accessories and artwork, and dedicated trade pins are made specifically for participants to exchange with one another at venues such as Disney World, Disneyland, SeaWorld and Universal Resorts, as well as at sporting events including the Olympic Games, the Canada Games and the Little League World Series. Pins are often produced in limited editions to increase demand, and can carry added features such as blinking lights, hanging charms, spinners or bobbleheads.
